BAGE JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is anappeal against the judgment of Hon. Justice A. O. Ajakaiye of the Federal High Court, sitting at Lagos, delivered on 28 May A 2009.
The appellants, who were the defendants at the lower court, were Brigadier General Godwin George Umo (OON), Vitrab Nige ria Limite d, Mr. John Aboh, Fe de r a l Ministr y of Environment, Housing and Urban Development and the Hon. Minister of Housing and Urban Development.
