RULING OF THE COURT

This is an application under rule 5(2)(b) of the Court of Appeal Rules. It is brought by Umoja Service Station Limited, Peter Gakonyo Ndiritu, Naftali W. Njoroge, Joyce M. Gakugi, Samuel A.
