HELEN MORONKEJI OGUNWUMIJU, JSC (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Ilorin Division delivered on the 7th day of November, 2018. Coram: Ibrahim M. Saulawa JCA, Chidi Nwaoma Uwa JCA, and Hamma Akawu Barka JCA. The learned justices upheld the judgment of the trial Court that found the Appellant guilty of the two count charge of Criminal Conspiracy and Armed Robbery and sentenced him to death.
