c. Alternatively an order for a judicial sale of the under listed properties mortgaged or charged in favour of the plaintiff

i. Legal mortgage over two storey uncompleted hotel situated on parcel no. 261 block 8 section 114 at La Bawaleshie, East Legon, Accra OMV of GHC800,000.00 and FSV of GHC515,000.00 belonging to 2nd and 3rd defendants

ii. Legal mortgage over two storey residential property situated at Ogbo, East Legon belonging to 2nd and 3rd defendant

d. Judicial sale of fixed and floating assets of the company

e. Enforce terms of the assignment over stocks and receivables f. Costs.
