JUDGMENT
INTRODUCTION
By its writ of summons and statement of claim filed on 11th August 2022, the plaintiff claims against the defendants jointly and severally as follows:
“a) An order for the payment of GHC11,708,546.20 to Plaintiff by Defendants.
b) Interest on the GHc11,708,546.20 at the agreed interest and penal rate from 18th March, 2022 till date of final payment.
c) Or in the ALTERNATIVE judicial sale of:
I. Commercial property on No.1 Ring Road South Industrial Area, Accra.
C) Costs.”

The plaintiff’s case is founded on the defendants’ breach of loan agreements. The plaintiff is a limited liability company registered in Ghana and licensed by the Bank of Ghana to engage in banking and related activities.
