BY COURT: CONSENT JUDGMENT
The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their lawyers filed on 29th March, 2017, adopted as Consent Judgment of this Court.
Whereas the Plaintiff herein commenced an action against the Defendant for the following reliefs: -
(a) The payment of the sum of $252,978.14 being the outstanding balance owed the Plaintiff as at 31st December, 2013, (or its cedi equivalent on the date of payment); for the total goods supplied to the Defendant;
(b) Interest on the above sum from the 1st January, 2014, till date of final payment.
(c) Cost; and
(d) Any other remedy as the Court may consider fit to order.
Whereas the Defendant filed a Statement of Defence and Counterclaim and subsequently an amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim on 14th of August, 2015 for the following reliefs: -
(a) US$27,226.8 being 20% purchase price of goods on invoice numbers SIVF 13-000038 and SIVF 13-000222 Defendant paid to plaintiff.
