SAIDU TANKO HUSAINI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the Judgment of the Federal High Court delivered on the 1st March, 2016 in Suit No. FHC/YL/CS/8/2013.
The appellant as plaintiff instituted action at that Court and claimed against the respondent as defendant all the sundry reliefs as per the amended statement of claim at paragraph 32 (1) thus:-

i. A declaration that the purported withdrawal of the Degree certificate of the Plaintiff/Appellant awarded by the defendant despite the report of the investigation by police exonerating the Plaintiff/Appellant of any complicity of the Certificate forgery is unconstitutional arbitrary, malicious, illegal, null and void.
ii. A declaration that the awarding of the degree result of second class lower instead of the class of the degree deserving of the plaintiff/Appellant amount to gross negligent of office by the defendant.
