J U D G M E N T 

The Petitioner and the Respondent were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (Rev. 1951) on the 25th day of November, 2001 at the Wesley Methodist Chapel, Nsawam. The Petitioner by a further amended petition filed on the 2nd day of February, 2015, is praying the court for the reliefs as  follows: 

i. An order for the dissolution of the Ordinance Marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent made in April 2001. 

ii. An order granting custody of the 3 issues of the marriage to the Petitioner with reasonable access to the Respondent. 

iii. An order directed to the Respondent to pay half (50%) of the debt they owe to Chinese/foreign creditors and local loan components as indicated in paragraphs 47 and 50 of this petition as stated hereunder  totalling US$321,104.64 and GH¢245,000.00. 

iv. An order for the dissolution of the Ordinance Marriage on the additional  grounds of adultery committed by the Respondent.
