J U D G M E N T 

Claimant Kwesi Mensa Otabil in the instant interpleader action claimed ownership of  an unregistered vehicle being Lexus LS 430 which was seized by bailiffs from the 1st defendant judgment/debtor workshop or garage in execution of judgment in default of  defence entered against the 1st and 2nd defendants in the case of VOA versus Thompson  Addo and Seth Kumi on the 24th of February 2014.  

Notice of claim was filed by claimant on the 31st July 2014. 

Following the notice of claim, and the dispute to the claimants claim filed by the  plaintiff judgment creditor, this court ordered parties to file affidavit of interest in respect of the said vehicle.  

Janet Donkor with the authority and consent of claimant and on his behalf filed an  affidavit in respect of the vehicle. A supplementary affidavit was filed on claimant’s behalf by Fredrick Kwaku Nuamah.
