MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM SIRAJO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The Appellant was arraigned before the Federal High Court of Nigeria, in the Port Harcourt Judicial Division (hereinafter referred to as the lower Court) on a 9 (nine) count charge No: FHC/PH/230C/2012 for the offences of conspiracy to commit felony: Obtaining money by false pretence, obtaining money under false pretence contrary to Sections 8 (A), 1(1)(b) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006.
