CONSENT JUDGMENT 

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT  

THE PARTIES HEREIN HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 

1. The Plaintiff has been offered two new plots of land in place of plots of land, the subject  matter in dispute. 

2. The parties have agreed that the 2nd Defendant would pay for the cost of building materials of  the Plaintiff that were on the disputed land. 

3. The 2nd Defendant has paid for the cost of the building materials leaving a balance of Two Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢2,000.00) payable on or before the order for discontinuance. 

4. That the Plaintiff has agreed to discontinue the suit wholly against the Defendants and the suit  is hereby discontinued. 

5. This settlement to be adopted by the Court as Consent Order.

BY COURT: 

The parties have reached a settlement which has been encapsulated in the Terms of settlement filed  on 21st November 2018. The Terms of Settlement are hereby adopted as consent judgment. Suit  struck out as settled.
