RULING
This is motion filed on 19th October 2016 by Counsel for the plaintiff praying for the following orders:
a. An order to restrain the Defendant/respondent by itself, agents, representative, assigns, successors in title, land guards, hirelings, etc. or any person acting by, in or under its instructions from interfering with the Plaintiffs quiet enjoyment of their property or preventing the Plaintiffs/Applicants’ continuing their development of the property.
