JUDGEMENT
Plaintiffs issue this writ initially against 1st and 2nd Defendants. By an amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim Plaintiffs sued the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants for the following reliefs:
1. Declaration of title for 1st Plaintiff of all that piece of land situate and lying in Abladjei-Ga District known as Abladjei Residential Area Development Project described as Plot Nos. 140, 145, 146 and 147 and which bounded on the North-West by Plot No. 135 measuring 134.4 feet more or less on the North-East by a proposed road measuring 134.4 feet more or less on the South-East by Plot No. 150 measuring 112.4 feet more or less on the South West by open space measuring 120.0feet more or less containing an approximate are of 1.01 acres.
2. Declaration of title for 2nd Plaintiff of all that piece of land situate and lying in the same location as 1st Plaintiff described as Plot Nos. 124 and 129 and which is bounded on the North by a proposed land measuring 108.9 feet …
