YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This Ruling is predicated on an application, a Motion on Notice dated 5th January, 2017 and filed same day. The application prays for the following reliefs:

i. AN ORDER for enlargement of time within which to seek leave to appeal against the interlocutory decisions of the Honourable Justice O. O. OGUNTOYINBO of the Federal High Court, Lagos made on the 26th day of October, 2016 in suit No. FHC/L/CS/713/2009.

ii. AN ORDER for leave to appeal against the decision of Hon. Justice O. O. OGUNTOYINBO of the Federal High Court Lagos made on the 26th day of October 2016 in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/713/2009.
