Durajaiye in Suit No. AB/173/2017 on 29th January, 2020 (Pp. 562-600). Not satisfied with the judgment the claimants decided to appeal to this court. The notice of appeal was filed on 4th May, 2020. They subsequently sought and obtained leave of court to amend their notice of appeal.
