STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Interlocutory Appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court, Abuja delivered on 16th May, 2019 (Coram: A. R. Mohammad J.) in respect of a No-case Submission made on behalf of the Appellant after the close of the Prosecution's case.
The Appellant was arraigned before the said Court on 16th March, 2017 on six (6) Count Charge as follows:
