ABDULLAHI MAHMUD BAYERO,J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment):This is an Appeal against the judgment of Adamawa State High Court delivered by A. A. Waziri J. On 6th February, 2019 in Suit No. ADSY/136/17. The Appellants/Plaintiffs before the lower Court commenced this Suit against the Respondents/Defendants by a writ of summons filed on 31/10/2017 claiming for:-
(i)A farmland measuring approximately 11,236.5m2 in size lying and situate at Pariya, Anguwan Wuro Babba, Pariya, Daware District, Fufore Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
(ii)A farmland measuring approximately 9, 847. 2m2in size lying and situate at Pariya Wuro Babba, Pariya, Daware District Fufore LGA, Adamawa State.
(iii)A declaration that the title, interest, rights and privileges in and over the two farmlands referred to in paragraphs (I) and (ii) above, vest in the Plaintiffs to the exclusion of the Defendants, their privies, agents, representatives and person(s) claiming the land through them.
