MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6 and 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), Section 15 of the Court Appeal Act, Cap 136 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, Order 6 Rules 1, 9(1) and (2) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2021 and inherent jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, the Applicant prayed this Court for the following orders:
