BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.CA. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court Lagos Judicial Division, Coram: M. B. Idris J., in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/768/2015: Barrister Toluwani Yemi Adebiyi V. Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and 12 Ors., delivered on 13/7/2016 in which the 1st Respondent as Claimant was granted some reliefs against the Appellant and 2nd - 13th Respondents as Defendants.

The Appellant, the 13th Defendant before the Court below, was dissatisfied with the said judgment and had promptly appealed against it vide a Notice of Appeal on 8 Grounds of Appeal filed on 17/8/2016 at pages 1 - 9 of the Supplementary Record 1. Leave was granted to the Appellant to use the Records of Appeal in CA/L/904/2016 transmitted to this Court on 4/8/2016.
