(Delivering the Leading Judgment): The appeal before us is in respect of the judgment of the Kaduna State Customary Court of Appeal delivered on 4/11/15 in a land matter involving the parties in this appeal. The Appellant in this appeal, Net Zock, had lost the case presented by the Respondent Joshua Bawa at the Sabo Sarki Customary Court in Kaduna State. The case was on ownership of land under Jaba Custom. Having lost the case at the Sabo Sarki Customary Court, the Appellant appealed to the Kaduna State Customary Court of Appeal. There, he lost the appeal. Still not satisfied, he has appealed to this Court. In his notice of appeal, he marshalled six grounds of appeal against the judgment of the Customary Court of Appeal.
