AN ACT to enable the Republic of Ghana to be a member of the International Development Association and to provide for related matters.

WHEREAS by a resolution adopted by the board of Governors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and in pursuance of that resolution the Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development formulated certain Articles of Agreement for the establishment and operation of an international body to be called the International Development Corporation:AND WHEREAS on the twenty-sixth day of January, in the year nineteen hundred and sixty the Articles of Agreement were approved by the Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, for submission…
