AN ACT to consolidate and amend the law relating to wild animals, birds and fish and to continu the observance of the Convention signed at London on the nineteenth day of May, 1900.BE IT ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly in this present Parliamentassembled as follows:—

1. Appointment Of Officers

The President may in accordance with the advice of the Forestry Commission given in consultatio with the Public Services Commission appoint officers to carry out all or any of the purpose of thi Act; [As substituted by Forestry Commission Act, 1999 (Act 571)s. 35 ss. 2a].
