An ACT to provide for the establishment of the Public Services Commission for the purpose of Chapter Fourteen of the Constitution and for other related purposes.BE IT ENACTED BY PARLIAMENT AS FOLLOWS: -

Part I – ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION AND ITS FUNCTIONS

1. The Public Services Commission

(1)This is established by this Act a Public Services Commission, in this Services Act referred to as “the Commission”.

(2)The Commission shall consist of –

(a)a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and three other members who shall be full-time members of the Commission;

(b)the Chairman of the National Council for Tertiary Education; and
