AN ACT to revise the Audit Service Decree, 1972 (N.R.C.D. 49) by incorporating therein the relevant provisions of articles 187, 188 and 189 of the Constitution; to incorporate, with amendments, specific provisions in the Financial Administration Decree, 1979 (S.M.C.D. 221) regarding the method of operation of the Auditor-General and to provide for related matters.
