AN ACT to establish the Postal and Courier Service Regulatory Commission as a regulatory body to license and regulate the operation of post and courier services; to designate a national postal service provider and to provide for related matters.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows:

Part I – ESTABLISHMENT, OBJECTS AND FUNCTIONS OF POSTAL AND COURIER SERVICES REGULATORY COMMISSION

1. Establishment of Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission.

(1)There is established by this Act a body corporate to be known as the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission.
(2)The Commission shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
