AN ACT to amend the Laws of Ghana (Revised Edition) Act, 1998 (Act 562) to provide for the commencement of the Revised Edition, 2004.

1. Amendment of Act 562

The Laws of Ghana (Revised Edition) Act, 1998 (Act 562) is hereby amended in subsection (2) of section 8 by the substitution for "legislative instrument" of "executive instrument".
