AN ACT to establish the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority, to provide a framework for the comprehensive and long-term development of the Northern Savannah Ecological Zone and to provide for related matters.

Establishment, Functions and governance of the Authority

1. Establishment of the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority

(1)There is established by this. Act a body corporate with perpetual succession to be known as the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority.

(2)Where there is a hindrance to the acquisition of property, the property may be acquired for the Authority under the State Property and Contracts Act, 1960 (C.A.6) …
