AN ACT to establish a Fund to provide financial resources for the benefit of students of tertiary institutions, to promote and facilitate the national ideals enshrined in articles 25 and 38 of the 1992 Constitution and to provide for related matters.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:

Establishment of the Fund

1. Establishment of the Trust Fund

There is established by this Act the Students Loan Trust Fund.

2. Object and functions of the Fund
