AN ACT to establish the Centre for Plant Medicine Research for the promotion of scientific research, knowledge and development in the field of plant medicine; to establish the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons as a national postgraduate medical college for training specialists in medicine, surgery and related disciplines, to establish the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives to promote postgraduate education in nursing and midwifery, to establish the Ghana College of Pharmacists to promote postgraduate education in Pharmacy and for connected purposes.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:
