AN ACT to amend the Road Fund Act, 1997 (Act 536) to establish the Road Fund as a body corporate; and to provide for related matters.

1. Section 1 of Act 536 amended

The Road Fund Act, 1997 (Act 536) referred to in this Act as the "principal enactment" is amended by the substitution for section 1 of"1. Establishment of the Road Fund(1) There is established by this Act a fund to be known as the Road Fund.(2) The Fund is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, may sue and be sued and shall have in all respects the powers of a body corporate.".

2. Section 3 of Act 536 amended

The principal enactment is amended in section 3

(a)by the deletion in paragraph (d) of "and" at the end of paragraph (d); and
