C K Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences

1. Establishment of the University

(1)There is established by this Act, the C. K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences as a body corporate with perpetual succession.

(2)For the performance of the functions of the University, the University may acquire and hold property, dispose of property and enter into a contract or any other related transaction.

(3)Where there is a hindrance to the acquisition of land, the land may be acquired for the University under the State Lands Acts, 1962 (Act 125) and the…
