AN ACT to amend the Ghana Meteorological Agency Act, 2004 (Act 682) to specify the percentage of charges in the aviation sector to form part of the sources of money for the National Meteorological Fund and to provide for related matters.

1. Section 4 of Act 682 amended

The Ghana Meteorological Agency Act, 2004 (Act 682), referred to in this Act as the "principal enactment", is amended in section 4 by the substitution for subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of"(iii) of a university in the country that offers Meteorology and Climate Science nominated by the Minister, and".
