AN ACT to repeal the Luxury Vehicle Levy Act, 2018 (Act 969) and to provide for related matters.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:

1. Act 969 repealed

The Luxury Vehicle Levy Act, 2018 (Act 969) is repealed.

2. Transitional provision

Despite the repeal of Act 969, a right, liability or an obligation in existence immediately before the repeal of Act 969 shall continue in existence until the right, liability or obligation is exercised or terminated.
