Preliminary Provision

1. Application

This Act applies to the following:(a)an employee, an officer or an agent of the Agency;(b)an athlete;(c)an athlete support personnel;(d)a national sports federation;(e)an organisation that is affiliated to a national sports federation;(f)a member or a licence holder of a national sports federation;(g)a sports club, a sports team or a sports league;(h)a sports event or a sports competition that is organised, convened, authorised or recognised by(i)a national sports fede…
