AN ACT to amend the Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 (Act 947) to expunge the National Health Insurance Fund, the Ghana Education Trust Fund, the Road Fund, the Mineral Income Investment Fund, the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Retention and transfers to the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation from petroleum revenue from the Schedule.

1. Schedule to Act 947 amended

The Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 (Act 947) is amended by the substitution for the Schedule, of

"SCHEDULE

(sections 2(a), 2(b), 3(1), 3(2), 3(5)(a), 6(1)(a), 7(a) and 8)
