AN ACT to amend the Public Financial Management Act, 2016 (Act 921) to provide for fiscal responsibility rules, establish an independent Fiscal Council to promote budget credibility, macroeconomic stability, fiscal and debt sustainability and provide for related matters.

1. Section 1 of Act 921 amended

The Public Financial Management Act, 2016 (Act 921), referred to in this Act as the "principal enactment", is amended by the substitution for section 1, ofObjects of this Act1.
