AN ACT to amend the Petroleum Revenue Management Act, 2011 (Act 815) to provide for the Annual Budget Funding Amount to be used for infrastructure development and provide for related matters.

1. Section 21 of Act 815 amended

The Petroleum Revenue Management Act, 2011 (Act 815), referred to in this Act as the "principal enactment", is amended by the substitution for section 21, of"21. Use of Annual Budget Funding Amount

(1)The Annual Budget Funding Amount is part of the national budget and the use and expenditure of the Annual Budget Funding Amount are subject to the same budgetary processes that are necessary to ensure efficient allocation, responsible use and effective monitoring of expenditure.
