AN ACT to restore the legality of certain professional bodies and to provide for related matters.

1. N.R.C.D. 143 restored

Despite anything to the contrary, the Professional Bodies Registration Act, 1973 (N.R.C.D. 143) is hereby restored, and accordingly the professional bodies established and registered under that Act shall be deemed never to have been abolished.

2. S.M.C.D. 103 not to affect acts of professional bodies

Despite section 1 of this Act, an act of any of the professional bodies since the 6th day of July, 1977, shall not be affected by the provisions of the Professional Bodies Registration (Repeal) Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 103).
