IN exercise of the power conferred on the Rules of Court Committee by clause (2) of article 157 of the Constitution, these Rules are made this 22nd day of September, 2016.

1. Order 79 of C.I. 47 amended

The High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004 (C.I. 47) are amended in rule 4 of Order 79 by the substitution for paragraph (c) of"(c) the period commencing on 24th December each year and ending on 6th January in the next year.".The Hon.
