IN exercise of the power conferred on the Rules of Court Committee by clause (2) of article 157 of the Constitution, these Rules are made this 9th day of October, 2019.

1. First Schedule to C.I. 55 amended

The Civil Proceedings (Fees and Allowances) Rules, 2007 (C.I. 55), referred to in these Rules as the "principal enactment',, is amended in Part I of the Circuit Court and High Court Fees of the First Schedule, by the insertion after paragraph 6, of"6A. Alternative Dispute Resolution Fee 10.00".

2. Second Schedule to C.I. 55 amended

The principal enactment is amended in the Second Schedule by the insertion after paragraph 3, of"4. Service of Pre-Trial Processes 30.00".
