1. Title
This Directive may be cited as the Corporate Governance Directive, 2018.2. Revocation
This Directive shall supersede the Banking Business - Corporate Governance Directive 2018 issued in March 2018. The Banking Business Corporate Governance Directive 2018 issued in March 2018 is hereby revoked.3. Application
This Directive is issued under the powers conferred by Sections 56 and 92(1) of the Banks & Specialised Deposit Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930)) and shall apply to Banks, Savings and Loans Companies, Finance Houses and Financial Holding Companies licensed or registered under Act 930.4.
