IN exercise of the power conferred on the President under section 11(3) of the Civil Service Act, 1993 (P.N.D.C.L. 327), this Instrument is made this 22nd day of January, 2021

1. Ministries of the civil service

The following Ministries in the Civil Service are hereby established:
(a)Ministry of National Security;
(b)Ministry of Finance;
(c)Ministry of Trade and Industry;
(d)Ministry of Defence;
(e)Ministry of the Interior;
(f)Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration;
(g)Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice;
