Interpretation

1. Definitions

In these Guidelines,“Act” means the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929);“affiliate” in relation to any Company means any subsidiary, parent or holding company and any subsidiary of such holding company;“close relation” means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, father-inlaw, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother- in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grand child or spouse of a grandchild;“collective investment scheme” has the meaning given in section 216 of the Act;“Commission” means the Securities and Exchange Commission established by the Act;“Companies Act” me…
