IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 35 of the Rent Act, 1963 (Act 220), these Regulations are made this 3rd day of September, 1964.

Part I – APPLICATION TO RENT OFFICER

1. Form of Application for Assessment of Rent, Etc.

(1)Every application to the appropriate Rent Officer for the assessment or re-assessment of the recoverable rent by him of any premises shall be as in Form 1 of the First Schedule; and may be secured free of cost from such officer or any person authorised in that behalf by him at his office.

(2)Each such application shall be signed by the applicant or his agent:Provided that where the application is on behalf of more than one person—
