Public Conveyancing Regulations 1965

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for lands by section 5 of the Public Conveyancing Act, 1965 (Act 302) these Regulations are made this 7th day of October, 1965.

1. Recommendations Under Section 2 of the Act

(1)Where a recommendation to the President for a grant of land is made under section 2 of the Act, such recommendation shall include recommendations in respect of all the particulars to be set out in the Schedule referred to in subsection (1) of section 3 of the Act.

(2)Where a recommendation is made under subsection (4) of section 2 of the Act, such recommendation shall be forwarded to the President through the Minister.
