IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Labour and Social Welfare by paragraph 67 of the Co-operative Societies Decree, 1968 (N.L.C.D. 252) these regulations are hereby made this 2nd day of November, 1968.

1. Application for Registration of Primary Societies

An application for registration of a society other than as a central society shall be in the form prescribed in the First Schedule.

2. Form of Application for Secondary Society

An application for registration as a central society shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule.
