IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Health 'by section 20 of the Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Act, 1958 (No. 9 of 1958) and after consultation with the Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Board, these Regulations are made this 30th day of September, 1969.The Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Regulations, 1959 (L.N. 295) hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations" as amended are hereby further amended by the substitution for the word "Board" appearing in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 10 thereof of the words "Regional Supervisory Authority".2.
