IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Agriculture by section 8. of the Seeds (Certification and Standards) Decree, 1972 (N.R.C.D. 100) these Regulations are made this 16th day of January, 1973.

Part I – NATIONAL SEED COMMITTEE

1. National Seed Committee.

(1)There is hereby established a National Seed Committee referred to in these Regulations as "the Committee" which shall consist of the following persons:—

(a)the Secretary responsible for Agriculture;

(b)Deputy Director of Agriculture;

(c)Officer-in-Charge of the Ghana Seed Inspection Unit;

(d)a representative of the Crop Research Institute;

(e)a representative of the Seed Industry;

(f)a representative of the Seed Growers…
