IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Justice by section 16 of the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151), these Regulations are made this 2nd day of October, 1974.

1. Registrar.

The Registrar-General shall be the Registrar of Business Names and his office in Accra shall be the registry office.

2. Schedule 1 Forms A & B.

Forms A and B of the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be the prescribed forms for the purpose of section 2 of the Act, and shall be furnished to the Registrar in duplicate.

3. Certificate of Registration Form C.
