IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Sports by section 42 of the Sports Decree, 1976 (S.M.C.D. 54) these Regulations are made this 11th day of August, 1976.

Part I – AMATEUR SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS,

1. National Sports Associations.

A national sports association of any sport or group of sports shall consist of

(a)an Honorary Chairman and an Honorary Vice-Chairman appointed by the Commissioner responsible for Sports (in these Regulations referred to as “the Commissioner ") on the recommendation of the Executive Chairman; and
